Christmas Eve! You can see the anticipation on the faces of the kids, the bustle of last minute shoppers and the parents who are just trying to enjoy the night until their late night putting together toys with Saint Nick. The radio stations are playing the 24 hr christmas tunes (I'm partial to the Vince Guaraldi Trio), everybody is ready for the festivities to begin.
So tonight, like Halloween, I post a few of my favorite snaps from the holiday season and get ready for the new year. This past year has been a busy one, still building, learning, improving... for my photography as well as my life. With my wedding coming up in May, there is a lot of work to do, especially on the photography end (my own photography as well as finding a photographer for my own wedding). With that being said this blog may go in a different direction, it will still be my photography (obviously the inaugural year has been a little sparse on posts) however the posts maybe more subjective, perhaps it may go into gear (more cameras, films, lights, etc), techniques, and different artists. Also my blog may stray into my other interests, perhaps cinema, men's style, or as many other blogs do post some interesting media of the day. Either way I want my blog to be primarily about photography, but I would also like my other influences to come to the surface and share them with everyone.
